I purchased 2005 Mazda Miata on 30 April 2015. I had a great experience with the people here. CARFAX maintenance records. Test drove with no pressure afterwards. Told them I had been looking at a similar car elsewhere. Still no pressure. Told them I'd be back and I did come back. Asked to take the car to my mechanic. They agreed. Mechanic liked the car and found only minor maintenance issues. Carma folks agreed on an adjusted price and I drove the car home. Title transfer and tag took a little over a month. I am very happy with my purchase. I now have a fun little weekend car to zip around in. Owner and sales person were very professional and yet personal. This place has given me a new impression of used car dealers. Go there and see. ~ John K

RECOMMENDED! I bought a 2011 Buick Enclave from here about a month ago and I absolutely love it. My personal experience with this company has been very pleasant; from the beginning-any time I called or had an inquiry I needed answered , my interaction with them was always positive. The process was easy and the salesman were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did a lot of research on the car so I had a lot of questions, they were very patient and detailed. My other plus was I had to bring it in to be serviced because of an agreement we had upon purchasing; Amir and his team went above and beyond not only did they service my car they gave it a complimentary wash. I am a experienced mechanic and a Land Rover sales guide as well. Though this place is independent, and not as big as your huge retail dealers, I was still treated with the upmost respect and understanding for my Extensive pre-purchase inspection. All the staff and customer service were truthful and sincere. The manager even came up on his off day to open up the shop so I can inspect underneath the vehicle. They were fair and up front, and also offered of me a great deal. Special thanks to Ingrid my sales lady as well 🍻 another awesome part about this Carma Group was the unique selection of vehicles. This is the second car I have purchased for my wife from Carma Automotive group in the last 18 months. I was happy to come back because we had a great experience with our first car. We initially met with Shelby and she was very friendly and helpful. We negotiated a very fair price with the owner Greg and bought the car that day. The car had a couple of issues that they agreed to fix prior to us taking delivery. During that time there was excellent communication from Shelby and Greg about the progress. When we went to pick up the car it looked fantastic and my wife was very happy. As a "car guy" I can say that this dealership does stand out above the crowd with its inventory and customer service and I appreciate it. ~ Scott M

Outstanding service, very professional, one of the few dealerships I can say that are true to their word, and definitely would recommend to any family or friend for service. David and the rest of the staff were friendly and straightforward. The vehicle that I was interested in was already detailed and ready for me to overlook it upon arrival. Everything about the vehicle was listed on the website. Even though the history was not available of the vehicle David was able to get that information for me quickly. The last truck I got through carvana was good. I really didn't want to go through an Auto Sales due to bad history and reputations. However, this is the one place I would absolutely recommend to buy a vehicle. ~ S B

Had the best experience buying my first car at Carma in Duluth. David Love sold us the car and made the experience easy and perfect. David is a stand up guy and makes sure everything is going well and that the customer is happy. I didn’t feel like I was getting hounded to buy the car either, I felt like I was there to make a perchase that was right. Highly recommend Carma. The dealership is super nice with amazing cars. The dealership also gives you a luxury feel while buying your car. You can tell they do business right right when you walk in the doors. Kayon Clay was incredible to deal with!! I can't say enough about how simple she made the entire process so easy to handle. I live hundreds of miles away and she made the entire purchase seamlessly effortless with a few emails and a few phone calls. The car was exactly as I expected it and I can't say enough about the entire experience!!!!. Also, Jake the financial manager was very nice to deal with! Not a single "surprise " upon signing papers or anything hidden details before the final signature! My overall experience with purchasing the car from another state, was was not at all what I expected. It was effortless! I initially called and talked to mykaylah and inquired about a vehicle I saw online, and she was very informative. I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and knew many of the dealership sales tactics, so when I arrived at Carma Automotive, I was ready for battle. I arrived the next morning and Jennifer helped me since mykaylah was not there. Jennifer was great as well and was different than the rest of the dealership sales reps I had dealt with; she made the experience so great that I knew my looking for a car was over and bought the car on the spot. Very professional and welcoming, the lobb/showroom was neater and more organized than some of the larger dealershis i have visited. Conversed about different cars, not just the Challenger I was looking at. After the test drive, he was very understanding when I said that I had realized I wanted a model with a backup camera. We spoke about a few concerns that we discovered in the vehicle that we discovered during the test drive. He wrote a report up on them as we spoke. When he stayed, he could give me a call if something came in matching my desires. I gladly told him that would be great, and honestly mean it. I am horrible with names and can not remember his name for the life of me, but he and the two women that were there were all great. I have purchased a number of cars from smaller dealers and most of the time it is a very unsettling experience. This was not the case here. This dealer operates more like a larger dealership. The car I bought had a few issues I wasn't satisfied with before purchase and it had me on the fence for buying. Shelby and Derri really worked hard to address all concerns up front before I ever signed a paper. The items were all taken care of by the next day and the deal was done. I was very impressed with how it all worked out. They have a nice selection there and the stock all seems very well taken care of. Don't hesitate to give Shelby a call if you need a car. ~ Daniel D

My husband and I bought a truck from them last weekend. I found it online as we are from Alabama. Jacob went out of his way to send me carfax reports and even did a 360 degree interior and exterior video of the truck. He showed all flaws and even cold started it for us to hear engine. We went to pick it up and they could not have been nicer and any more helpful than they were. They even fixed a window motor before we left that they didn't notice until we got there. Christy was so sweet with paper work process and we laughed and talked about our kids. They made us feel like we were long time friends. Jacob called the next day to make sure we got home and the truck drove well with no issues and it did! We definitely recommend this dealership to others, and they have some really nice cars on the lot. Shopping for a used luxury vehicle can be extremely frustrating and disappointing. Cars not as described, broken down, flat tires, check engine lights, dead batteries. I came to Carma with very low expectations after months looking for the perfect car. I must say the entire experience was amazing. The Mercedes’ cls550 was even better than described, clean, well maintained and ready to go. After a short test drive I knew I was going to buy it. Hank there was amazing. No pressure, and even was open to negotiation! We were so pleased that my wife spotted a beautiful Range Rover on the lot. She drove it while I was doing the paperwork on my car and fell in love. Needless to say two days later we had purchased two new vehicles, successfully traded in a vehicle, and could not be happier with the entire experience. Hank was amazing as was this dealership. Had a very good experience. I was a little hesitant at first while most of my dealings with the folks at Carma was online and on the phone. But once I met with Marvin who helped out in the beginning, in the rain, everything started to come together nicely. I had to go out of town for a few days in the middle of making the deal which made things a little crazy but Arjay, Marvin, and the folks at Carma worked to keep the train on track. If I could have given you more stars I would have! I was basically at the end of my rope. My car died...got it from US AUTO so you know how this will end. I have an open car loan and no one else in the area could help me. I needed a car in the worst way. I was about to pull the trigger and go to a "buy here pay here" place! Biggest mistake ever! I found Carma Auto Sales after surfing the web for hours and Desirae Palmer made my day! She listened to my problem and said she would try her best to help me. Our family drove 2.5 hours to look at a car on a Sunday. We truly had a wonderful experience. There were some bumps, not because of the salesperson, but because financing a car can be a pain. In spite of all the back and forth, we were treated respectfully and with a lot of understanding and patience! Jeneya was friendly and knowledgeable. She really was our biggest fan in this deal! I worked with Tyler after I found my 2008 Subaru Forester on Autotrader. Tyler is very professional and a really nice guy! I took the car to Subaru of Gwinnett for a pre-purchase inspection and there were some things that needed immediate attention: new battery, fluids, etc. Carma Automotive took care of the battery before I even came back the next day and while I was signing paperwork they had their own technician work on those recommended services and even washed it! Smart buying on my part, smart selling on Carma's part. I would work with them again. Even my auto insurance agent has heard of them and confirmed they're great :) ~ Hayes D

I purchase a 2007 Mercedes from Carma automotive. After 2 days of owning the vehicle the check engine light came on. The vehicle was purchase as is with a 3 month warranty. However , the warranty did not coverage the repair. I notify Greg the owner about the problem. The code the vehicle gave did not solve the problem after changing out the part. Greg although he was not abligate informed me to bring the vehicle in to his dealership. After troubleshooting and researching the problem it was a defect in that year Mercedes. Greg, informed me the vehicle engine had to be removed to resolved the problem. Because he sold me the vehicle he stated he would get the repair done at his expense. Which he done an gave me a loaner why the vehicle was getting repaired. Two weeks after the repair Greg call to see if we had any other problems with the vehicle. I had been in a lot of dealerships but the service provided at Carma is one of the best I have seen. Aubrey the sales guy who helped me along with David the sales manager were extremely helpful in answering my questions and queries and really make you feel comfortable.
